We have a very nice, modestly priced, Lancair IV-P pressurized, air-conditioned, maintained to Transport Canada requirements, inspected this month (June, 2023), full pitot/static/transponder test (Transport Canada level) and ready to fly in Canada or be imported to the US. Training is available. The owner is an active ATP with CFI privileges in Canada where a type rating is required. In the US, training can also be arranged.

The airplane is in very good condition overall. There are some minor squawks in the panel and interior. There are paint issues visible that are cosmetic only.

Price drop on this modestly priced, well maintained IV-P. It has been previously registered in the US and import can be arranged easily through one of our LancairTalk partner shops.
